1.In accordance with the regulations of the "SEMI E187 Cybersecurity Specification for Fab Equipment Certification Scheme" (hereinafter referred to as "the Scheme"), the Taiwan Ac-creditation Foundation (TAF) is hereby des-ignated as the official Accreditation Body.
2.The full text of the Scheme and its supporting implementation documents, such as the Articles of Association for the Scheme Management Committee, will be published on the ACW website (URL: https://www.acw.org.tw/).
3.The Scheme shall come into effect as of the date of this announcement.
